REMEMBER:
Road trips are usually a bit hectic and we tend to forget who we are when we are out of our normal environment and routines. Be mindful.
Take a moment to put yourself into the right frame of mind when preparing food. When cooking, be sure to stir clockwise to add or counter-clockwise to take away.
Whether you are cooking or not, you can magickally infuse your food. Seasonings work wonders at adding just what you need for a great trip. Each herb or spice has different properties.

Take the time to infuse your food and drinks, take a deep relaxing breath, hold your food or drink to your heart, and quietly add whatever it is you need at the moment. You can add any emotion, just feel it as you hold your drink. The emotion is now infused inside the water molecules.
Gratitude also sweetens food and drink.
