A Lil More About Me...

I deeply believe in living from my Heart and as Simply, Naturally, and Intentionally as possible. I am in no way perfect at it, but I do my best. I believe that life has become way too fast-paced and complicated. I felt the need to dial it back a bit. So back to the basics in life has become my normal. I have become a student of the Olde Ways...

I live here at MoonHaven, in a tiny town between two small mountains in NY State.

This is my sanctuary and I love it.
My sweet Mama helped me purchase MoonHaven not too long before she passed.

Mama was the original Magickal Willow and our home is dedicated to her memory.

The following is an ongoing Journey for me:

I eat as naturally as possible. I believe that homemade is the best type of food for me.

I skip processed foods completely, if I have my choice.

If you would like to see more of how I choose to eat...CLICK HERE.

I drink about half my weight in ounces of purified water a day

I move my body as much as possible. I love to hike!

I am a big believer in Leave No Trace and Protecting our Earth Mother (Gaia).

I take time out from stress as much as possible.
I try to live slow, intentionally, and in the moment.

I try to get as much sunshine as I can and quality time out in nature.

I make and use homemade natural remedies from whole foods and herbs whenever possible.
(please note: I am not a doctor and home remedies are a personal choice.  I go to the doctor when there is something wrong outside what I can handle.)

I am doing my best to remove toxins in my home.

(IE: cleaners and personal care items.)

Last but not least, I take time for Spirituality.

I honor the Goddess in all things.

I practice here at MoonHaven and I am a Member of Earth Spirit Coven online.
